Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% original and authentic.
What do you find at Shoppex?

How do I choose my fragrance?
Visit our showroom in Miami where you can smell and try fragrances with guidance from our team. If you shop online, explore our collections or message us and we'll help.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all United States, including Puerto Rico.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more for continental US (exceptions apply for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc.). On smaller orders, the rate is calculated based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
All free shipments are via Ground Delivery. Depending on your location, delivery can take between 1–7 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Pick up at: 7842 NW 46th St, Miami FL 33166. Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Returns
Do you accept returns?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery (excluding shipping charges). Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items must be in original condition — used or damaged returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order has a tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled.
