Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75 | $5.99 on orders under $75

Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

 

We ship to all 50 US states and Canada.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@shoppexcorp.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
