RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Shoppex Retail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shoppexcorp.com.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
